Meet Dre, The Exercise Habit Coach

Hi, My name is Dre, and I am a High Achiever-- and if you have read this far down on this website, you too are probably a High Achiever who is killing the game with everything in your life, except your weight.

Here's a little background on me. I used to hate to exercise and start diets because, let's be honest, I wasn't good at either one of them. And as you probably already know, High Achievers hate doing anything we are not great at, right? 

Well, when I hit rock bottom and reached my highest weight, I decided to get over myself and do something about my situation because I was sick of struggling and disappointing myself.
